LifeWorks NW is the largest provider of outpatient mental health services in Oregon. In 2023 LifeWorks NW transitioned from an 18-page annual report to a 4-page impact report, reducing the costs and staff hours associated with their annual financial reporting. The impact report increases financial transparency for donors, grant funders, and board members while providing statistics on the community impact of LifeWorks NW programs. Due to the continued stigma around receiving mental health and/or addiction services, LifeWorks NW does not use the real names or likenesses of current or past clients when sharing success stories for promotional purposes. By manipulating the stock images and integrating them with the hero statistics we were able to make them more impactful and personalized without having to rely on client photos.
