LifeWorks NW runs Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics in the Portland metropolitan area. CCBHCs provide integrated care like primary care, employment, and housing support along with mental health services. These posters were made for staff spaces at all the CCBHC sites. They remind staff to use their team huddles as an opportunity to meet client needs through referrals within LifeWorks NW.
