In 2019 Pittock Mansion Society invited acclaimed pianist Jan Lisiecki to perform a Salon Concert in the Mansion's Music Room. Tickets to the event were marketed through invitations to museum members and donors. The mailing included an invite, envelope, biographical insert, rsvp card, and return envelope. A program was also created for the event to acknowledge donors for the event and to give a short history of Pittock Mansion's 1895 piano.
Event collateral was created in collaboration with the Mansion's Development Department. The event was the first in a series of donor and member-exclusive events at the Mansion. The graphic elements for this piece were pulled from the Mansion's ornate Turkish Smoking Room. By pulling from the Mansion's architectural features, the invites reinforce that this event was a one-of-a-kind experience. It was not just a rare salon performance but also took place in a historic architectural icon.
